Collaboration Between Volt Technology and Ghost Robotics

A cooperation launch meeting was held between Volt Technology, one of the noteworthy technology companies in our country, and Ghost Robotics, which has made a name for itself around the world. The meeting was held at the SAHA EXPO Fair organized by the Presidency.

Ghost Robotics Vision 60, which stands out in the world with its advanced structure at the launch, met with the Turkish public. This robot dog attracts attention with its features. The robot dog, which can be used for many tasks, has a very flexible structure in this sense.

Volt Technology is Active in Many Fields

Speaking to Anadolu Agency, Metin Sancak, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Volt Technology, talked about the sectors in which they operate. Stating that they carry out works that design the future through technology in every sector they enter, Sancak said that they are involved in many sectors from health to construction and that they continue their activities successfully.

Carrying the Gains Obtained from the Defense Trade to the Industry

Sancak also stated that they started their business mainly in the defense industry and underlined that they carried the gains they made there to the industry. He also said that they pay attention to what is trending while carrying it to the industry. In this context, Sancak stated that robotic systems are trending and that they have purchased Ghost Robotics' distributorship and rights in Turkey.

Main Characteristics of the Robot Dog

This Ghost Robotics Vision 60 has some remarkable features. First of all, this dog's mission areas are quite flexible. It has a flexible structure that can fulfill many tasks such as search and rescue in civilian and military fields. The parts of this robot, which has a fast charging feature, can be easily replaced. Weighing 51 kilograms, the robot has a range of 9 kilometers depending on the space and conditions. In terms of speed, it has a standard walking feature of 2 hours 45 minutes with a speed of 0.9 m/s.

Different Features Can Also Be Added

Although Ghost Robotics Vision 60 is 51 kilograms, it can be increased by 12 kilograms with these additions. Making a statement in this context, Volt Technology General Manager Burçin Elbirlik said that by making additions to the robot, its function can be made more diverse.
