The role of AI in the corporate world is still being decided. There are also many pros and cons as companies test its application. As Generation Z continues to enter the workforce, AI could become an even bigger player. Because this is the kind of thing that could potentially result in automating certain tasks that don't require a human touch to be performed properly. According to a recent survey by Macami AI, about 72 percent of employees in the US would like to start using AI for a few activities. Things like invoicing or auditing can be automated quite easily, which could free up more time for workers to focus on other tasks than they otherwise would.

It is not yet clear whether Artificial Intelligence will be useful
This will be even more important in the coming years as it will allow companies to retain the services of their young employees. Failing to provide AI could give competitors an advantage in the labor market. Interestingly, it's not just Gen Z workers who see value in the rise of AI. 81 percent of those aged 35-44 said the same. And 76 percent of respondents aged 45-54 agreed. This could also be because they are starting families and want some free time to devote to their children. AI's presence may therefore grow faster than initially expected. The future of AI is still uncertain. But the reality is that it will be a powerful force to be reckoned with, especially as Generation Z matures and becomes a larger part of the workforce. It's also worth noting that it's not yet clear whether AI will be useful.
