NinjaOne is a founder-led business. Since its first customer, it has gained momentum every year. This is evidenced by an ARR growth rate of over 70 per cent in 2023. This minority investment valued the company at $1.9 billion. Every organisation works on endpoints. However, endpoints are also the source of some of the greatest risks to productivity, security and costs. According to Enterprise Strategy Group, more than 50 per cent of employees use four to five endpoint devices every day. However, a staggering 90 percent of organisations say they are unable to actively monitor all endpoints. NinjaOne automates endpoint management for more than 17,000 customers who need visibility, security and control. NinjaOne was originally founded by Sferlazza and President and CFO Chris Matarese in 2013 to help MSPs move beyond legacy solutions in remote monitoring and management (RMM). It has since expanded to manage more than seven million endpoints for MSP and IT teams.
